Leo's Den Bed & Breakfast was an excellent value for money. We found the budget accommodation to be clean and safe, with a shared common area that was clean and adequate. the owner, Anthony, was a wonderful host and we enjoyed sharing his home during our stay. We were impressed by his green-consciousness and the creative repurposing of items throughout the property. the pool was a delightful bonus and perfect for hot days. we had a great experience and would definitely visit Leo's Den Bed & Breakfast again.
No issues 👍

Great location and friendly staff. the hotel was conveniently located near shops and attractions, making it easy to get around. the breakfast provided was delicious and gave us a good start to our day of exploring.
the lack of privacy in the room was a big issue. the room did not have a proper window and we had to keep the sliding door closed for privacy, but this meant sacrificing fresh air and natural light.

I recently stayed at Leo's Den Bed & Breakfast in Fish Hoek for a short getaway. The value for money was excellent, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and safety of the accommodation. The shared common areas were well-maintained, and I appreciated the effort Anthony, the host, put into repurposing items. The pool was a great addition, and I had a wonderful time sharing Anthony's home during my stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

I had a great value for my money at Leo's Den. The room was comfortable and cozy, and I enjoyed the modern and unique character of the hotel. The location was perfect, with a lovely pool area and fresh air in the morning. The staff treated me like family, and Anthony was especially friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast menu could be improved with a larger selection or maybe a few more options.

A "relaxed and safe haven" with a pool, just what I needed. Antony was my knight in shining armor, offering tours "Any Time, Anywhere." And breakfast for just R50? The cherry on top!
I found it absolutely delightful that I had to sleep in a shed instead of a room. So rustic!

This place had a beautiful and cozy room, a great pool, and a fantastic location near a white-sand beach; also, there were several places to visit in the center at a moderate distance from here.

The quirky character and charm of the small cabin beside the pool made us feel right at home. Despite the shared bathroom, we felt welcomed to use the main house's facilities. The secure parking was a bonus and Leo himself was personable and helpful. We did have a minor issue with locking the cabin, but Leo quickly resolved it for us. The location was perfect for exploring Simon's Town and Muizenberg, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The interesting decor at the pool area added to the overall charm of the place. And access to wifi even during load shedding was a big plus. I highly recommend Leo's Den for those who appreciate a unique and affordable stay.
The light in the cabin was not very strong, making it a bit dim.

The small pool side room at Leo's Den was cozy and inviting, with plenty of closet space and a table for convenience. As a vegetarian/vegan, I felt right at home in this peaceful environment. The fully equipped kitchen was a great perk, as it allowed me to prepare my own meals and adhere to my dietary preferences. I appreciated the complimentary shampoo and shower gel provided in each bathroom. It made packing and traveling lighter.
Personally, I found the shared bathroom in the main house a bit inconvenient, but it's just my personal opinion.
